WHY: | To make plowing and salting of dedicated Town streets safer and more effective |
WHY: | To cut the cost of snow removal and save tax dollars |
WHY: | To provide improved safety on Town roads |

VIOLATIONS: | Fines range from $50-250 |

Vehicles that must be towed will be towed at owners’ expense. Please call the Irondequoit Police Department at 585-336-6000 if your vehicle is towed. | |
LAWN DAMAGE: | The Town makes every effort to minimize damage to grass and mail boxes during plowing. However, it is impossible to completely eliminate these occurrences. If you have sustained damage to a mail box or would like to report right-of-way turf damage, please call the Department of Public Works at 585-336-6090. |
