The Planning Board reviews applications for site development, land subdivisions, and Environmental Protection Overlay District permits as authorized in the Town code. It also advises the Town Board on zoning change and special use permit applications and develops short- and long-range land use planning policies.
All meetings are held at 7 p.m. at the Irondequoit Town Hall, 1280 Titus Avenue, Rochester, NY 14617. The Planning Board will adjourn all unfinished business at 11:00 p.m. for the purpose of acting on previously reserved decisions and matters not completed will be adjourned to the next scheduled board meeting. Applications that are incomplete will not be presented to the Board until All required information is submitted to Planning and Zoning. Thank you for your cooperation.
