When and how can I make a payment for a parking violation?

Payments for parking violations can be made in one of the following ways:

Pay the fine in person at the Irondequoit Town Court at 1300 Titus Avenue, Rochester, NY 14617 during regular business hours (Mon-Thurs 9am to 5pm, or Fri 8am-4pm).
Mail the pre-addressed parking violation into the court with payment via money order (personal checks are not accepted).
Make payment via credit card using the GovPayNow website (see “Pay Your Fine/Fee Online” page). Please note that a 4% service charge will apply.
