Do you want to vote in the Community Center referendum, but are planning on being out-of-town on July 30th? No problem! The Town Clerk’s office will be processing absentee ballots.

You can visit our Town Clerk’s office on the first floor at Town Hall to fill out an application. You can also download the application HERE and mail it in its completed form to the Town Clerk’s Office, 1280 Titus Ave, Rochester, NY 14617. Or, you can drop off your completed application, in person, to the Clerk.

The application must either be delivered to the Town Clerk’s Office no later than the day before the Special Election, or postmarked by a government postal service not later than the 7th day before election.

The ballot itself must either be personally delivered to the Town Clerk’s office no later than 5PM on Election Day, or, postmarked by a governmental postal service not later than day before the election and received no later than 7 days after the Election.

For those voters on the permanent disabled or military absentee list, you should expect to receive an absentee ballot by early July.
