Niches are located exterior only in both front and rear of building.

This beautiful Garden Mausoleum will provide residents of the Town of Irondequoit with above ground burial facilities in a serene setting.

The Garden Mausoleum will provide crypts for single and double entombments, and niches for single and double inurnments. Family entombments and inurnments of three or four members can be provided by combining single and double crypts or niches, in a designated row or tier.

Ownership of an Irondequoit Cemetery crypt or niche comprises the right to perpetual use of the burial right in each space conveyed and the right of inscription acceptable to Irondequoit Cemetery. Title to Irondequoit Cemetery mausoleum buildings and all their parts and appurtenances remains in perpetuity with the Cemetery.

No entombment shall be permitted until the full purchase price of the crypt(s) shall have been paid. Upon full payment, the Cemetery shall deliver to the buyers a certificate evidencing said entombment rights to the buyers and their heirs in perpetuity. The purchase price includes perpetual care in accordance with New York State Law.
Crypts may be used for the entombment of human remains only.

Memorial inscription of crypt fronts must conform uniformly with the rules set out by the Cemetery.

No object of any kind, floral or decorative, may be placed on the crypt front at any time.
The Cemetery shall not be liable for damage as a result of any act of God or malicious mischief.

All services about the crypt or mausoleum requiring labor shall be performed by the Cemetery or its authorized agents. (back to top>>)
