Medley Centre Redevelopment and RenovationThe proposed design for a renovated and expanded Medley Centre includes 1.15 million square feet of retail and restaurant space, 194,000 square feet of office space, 400 hotel rooms, and 330 residential units. The mixed-use project will incorporate class-A professional office suites, high-end residential units, one or more signature hotels, and a retail mix not found elsewhere in the Rochester region. The proposed project will be developed in accordance with a new Tourism and Resort Development zoning district that promotes "lifestyle center" type development.
