Check Enforcement Programbad checks

The Check Enforcement Program is operated by the Monroe County District Attorney's Office.  It is a no cost solution for victims of criminal bad checks. 

Get up to 100% of the amount of the check, plus a fee, to help offset the added costs of the bad check.
