All meetings are held at 7 p.m. at the Irondequoit Town Hall, 1280 Titus Avenue, Rochester, NY 14617
The Planning Board will adjourn all unfinished business at 11:00 p.m. for the purpose of acting on previously reserved decisions and matters not completed will be adjourned to the next scheduled board meeting. Applications that are incomplete will not be presented to the Board until All required information is submitted to Planning and Zoning. Thank you for your cooperation. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR PLANNING BOARD
APPLICATIONS
EACH APPLICATION PACKET SHOULD INCLUDE: FOR : SUBDIVISONS & SITE PLAN REVIEWS: 22 PACKETS to include the following information: APPLICATION TO PLANNING BOARD FORM LETTER OF INTENT EAF FORM DRAINAGE CALCULATIONS (where applicable) SIGNED CHECKLIST **SITE PLANS (1 signed & stamped) **FLOOR & ELEVATION PLANS **Plans to be folded to 8 ½ X 11 SITE CAPACITY WORK SHEET ( where applicable)
FOR : EPOD REVIEWS:16 PACKETS to include the following information: For : PRE-APPLICATION & CONCEPTUAL REVIEWS:15 PACKETS to include the following information: APPLICANTS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES MUST APPEAR AT ALL HEARINGS OR THE CASE WILL NOT BE HEARD. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT BOTH ATTEND THE HEARINGS. APPLICATION FEES: SEE PLANNING BOARD FEE SCHEDULE. At the Public Hearing, applicants and their representatives are required to present their case and answer questions from the Board. The Board then entertains public comments in favor of or in opposition to the application, as well as general questions. The applicants will then have the opportunity to answer any questions raised and rebut any comments. The Board deliberates each case that evening and renders decisions, unless a case is adjourned or tabled. |
