Environmental Protection Overlay District (EPOD) Maps

There are five EPOD maps that identify environmentally-sensitive areas in the Town of Irondequoit.  Development may be restricted in these areas if it is found to have a potentially adverse impact on the surrounding environment.  Development in all EPODs requires an EPOD Development Permit.  Click this link for more information on EPODs in Irondequoit.
