PUBLIC HEARINGS:
7:01 O’clock P.M. ZB1201-1
Upon the matter of request by Boardwalk Design Inc., acting as agent for Robert Ross for an Area Variance to construct a pergola structure attached to the dwelling with less than required side setback, on premises 340 ROCK BEACH ROAD, in an R-1 Residential District.
The Board Approved the Area Variance subject to the eastern property owner signing off on any minor encroachment.

WINTON ROAD, in an R-1 Residential District.
The Board determined the current use is in violation of Town Code.
