2008 Irondequoit Photo Contest Sponsored by Hahn GraphicENTRY FORM CONTEST RULES Contest runs from September1, 2007 to August 31, 2008. - All entries must be photos taken by the applicant in the area of Irondequoit from Irondequoit Bay on the east to the Genesee River on the west, and from the City line on the south to Lake Ontario on the north, including Durand Eastman Park.
- All photographs must have been between September 2007 and August 2008.
- Please identify each image by attaching a completed official entry form to the back.
- Submitted photographs must be at least 3x5 up to a maximum of 8½x11. If it is a digital submission, it should be of a high resolution. Negatives or disc/CD must be available upon request. (Do not send CD/disk with the entry.)
- Any person(s) or their guardian(s) appearing in the photograph must sign the entry form as a release for the picture to be published.
- All entries become the property of the Town and will not be returned. Please do not send your only copy of a photograph.
- The Town reserves the right to publish any entry at its discretion, provided that a credit line is given to the photographer.
- You must submit one entry form for each picture and for each category. (No more than two winning entries will be awarded per registrant.)
- All entries must be received at the Irondequoit Town Hall; 1280 Titus Avenue; Rochester, N.Y. 14617 by 4:00 p.m. on August 31, 2008, or postmarked by August 31, 2008.
- There will be three (3) prizes in each category. The decisions of the panel of judges are final.
- The three categories are:
