2010 Meeting Schedule
Town Board meetings are generally held at 7:00 p.m. on the third Tuesday of the month. The Irondequoit Town Board 2010 Meeting Schedule is listed below.
The regular Town Board meetings are televised live on the meeting night on Channel 12. Replays of the regular Town Board Meetings are televised on ICAT Channel 12 and online at Vimeo. Please see the ICAT program guide for televised rebroadcast times.
The Town Board also holds workshops to discuss particular topics. Workshops are generally scheduled for 4:30 p.m. on Thursdays, except for holidays and the week of a regular Town Board meeting. All Special Use Permits and Re-zoning applications must be made to the Planning and Zoning Department by closing dates on reverse side.

AT THE PUBLIC HEARING:
At the scheduled public hearing, applicants and their representatives are required to present their case and answer questions from the Board. The Board then entertains public comment in favor and in opposition to the application, as well as general questions. The applicants will then have the opportunity to answer any questions raised and rebut any comments. The Board deliberates each case that evening and renders decisions, unless a case is adjourned or tabled.
Seven (7) copies of any additional information (that was not earlier submitted) must be handed in during the public hearing.
