Marriage License Information

For all marriages both parties must be present and provide original Birth Certificate with raised seal.
(May be obtained from the county health department where born) First time marriages also need to bring Drivers Licenses (photo identification).

Second marriages (or more) also need to bring Drivers License and Decree of Divorce Papers or Death Certificates originals or certified copies for all previous marriages.

Marriage Licenses are not valid for 24 hours but good for two months.
