Marriage License Information

Both parties must be present and provide Birth Certificate with raised seal.
(May be obtained from the county health department where born)

First time marriages also need to bring Drivers Licenses.
Second marriages (or more) need to bring Drivers License and Divorce Papers or Death Certificates originals or certified copies for all previous marriages.

Marriage Licenses are not valid for 24 hours but good for two months.
